Here are a number of updates and reminders about FP&M operations.
Changes to Scheduled Instructional Spaces
The list of instructional spaces scheduled for use in the Fall 2020 semester has been updated by the Registrar. For detailed information, consult these two lists:
Please note that inactive classrooms will not be serviced by custodial staff starting on Monday, October 19. If you have a room that has been inactivated that still requires custodial services, please contact Kris Ackerbauer (kris.ackerbauer@wisc.edu) to discuss your requirements.
Reminder: Summer 2021 Project Renovation Deadlines
The deadline for renovation project submissions is December 1—less than two months away. To request a renovation project, submit a Customer Request.
Reminder: Mice and Other Pests
As outdoor temperatures cool, mice and other pests often attempt to invade campus buildings. Lower occupancy levels makes this easier to go unnoticed. Please work with your building occupants to keep an eye out for signs of mice and other pests. Report pest-related issues to Physical Plant Customer Service.
Reminder: Polling Locations on Campus
UW-Madison will host a number of polling locations for the November 3 general election.

The allocated spaces in these facilities will be unavailable from 6am on November 3rd until approximately 7am on November 4th. Cleaning and disinfecting is planned to take place overnight.
