FP&M is implementing a new Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) based on software from Assetworks. As part of this implementation, many processes will be streamlined and enhanced. These new tools and processes will transform the way that FP&M does business and how we provide service to our campus customers.
This new system includes an entirely new way to request services–whether it be a work order, a renovation project, or a capital project–from FP&M. Work requests submitted prior to system go-live will be imported into the new system.
We have also created an online tutorial for using Assetworks ReADY, FP&M’s new online service request portal.
There are three ways to request service:
- Web. Request Service (NetID authentication required).
- Email. Send email to email@example.com.
- Telephone. Call 608-263-3333 for immediate assistance.
After June 23, the web-based method for requesting service will take you to ReADY, the Assetworks customer portal. NetID authentication will still be required.
