UW-Madison has long list of sustainability efforts. So why isn’t it a ‘green college’?

The Wisconsin State Journal recently focused on UW-Madison’s sustainability efforts, including the arrival of FP&M’s Missy Nergard, the university’s first full-time Director of Sustainability.

UW-Madison’s first full-time director of sustainability, who started this month, hopes to better tell the story of the university’s environmental efforts—which at first glance appear to lag behind many of its Big Ten counterparts.
